Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., masks, accessories) are non-returnable unless found defective.
Defect & Replacement Policy:

If a defect is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The machine must be sent back to the company for inspection.

If a genuine electrical issue is identified, the product will be replaced.

If no issue is found, no refund will be issued. The product will be returned to the customer's address.

Courier charges for returns are applicable and must be borne by the customer, regardless of the inspection outcome.
