Return & Refund Policy: 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following terms: 

Return Eligibility: 

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., masks, accessories) are non-returnable unless found defective. 

Defect & Replacement Policy: 

  • If a defect is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • The machine must be sent back to the company for inspection. 

  • If a genuine electrical issue is identified, the product will be replaced. 

  • If no issue is found, no refund will be issued. The product will be returned to the customer's address. 

  • Courier charges for returns are applicable and must be borne by the customer, regardless of the inspection outcome. 

Return Process:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. 

  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process. 

Refund Process: 

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. 

  • Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable.
